Welcome Debt Trading Company Limited and its affiliated subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “WELCOME DTC” or “the Company”) are established and operate in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. At WELCOME DTC, the protection of personal data of Data Subjects is considered a matter of utmost importance. The Company consistently implements personal data protection measures with the highest level of diligence and care, and regularly reviews and updates these measures to safeguard the rights of Data Subjects in compliance with applicable laws.
In compliance with applicable laws, this regulation shall apply to all customers, prospective customers, partners, job applicants, employees, and any individuals whose personal data has been or will be processed by WELCOME DTC (each referred to as a “Data Subject”).

This Regulation is developed by WELCOME DTC to help Data Subjects understand the types of personal data being processed, as well as their rights and obligations. When a Data Subject “consents” to this Regulation in any manner prescribed by WELCOME DTC from time to time, such consent and the content of this Regulation shall constitute a legally binding agreement between the Data Subject and WELCOME DTC regarding the processing of personal data.

By providing personal data of a third party (such as information of dependents, spouse, children and/or parents, friends, beneficiaries, authorized persons, partners, emergency contacts, or any other individuals related to the customer) to the debt transfer partner and/or us, the Data Subject warrants and guarantees that consent has been obtained from such third party for the processing (including but not limited to collection, use, and disclosure) of their personal information for the purposes outlined in this document.

WELCOME DTC reserves the right to amend or supplement this Regulation at any time and to publish the updated version on the Company’s website. Data Subjects are required to read carefully and regularly check the Regulation published on WELCOME DTC’s website at https://welcomedtc.vn to stay updated on any changes to the Regulation from time to time.
