TASKS:

• Handling end to end Collections Operations for Welcome DTC
• Responsible for achieving monthly/yearly KPI targets.
• Maintain Flow rate and Loss rate targets, as per organization.
• Hiring, Mentoring & Coaching of the Collections team.
• Implementing/Executing effective data driven, collections strategies to improve & optimize collection performance.
• Conduct regular training and coaching staff to improve quality/skills.
• Create & review Collections.
• Ensure compliance to local regulation & guidelines, for collection activities.
• Adhere to strict quality & audit controls
• Report processing progress daily, weekly, monthly.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Graduated from University or higher.
• Minimum 5-8 Years experience at a Head Collections
• Preferably working in Debt Trading or Big Multi Finance Company.
• Proven Leadership & Management skill.
• Experience and Understanding of Call System.
• Fluent Communication in English. (Prefer)
• Education in Management or minimum graduate.
