Call Collector (B7+)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make phone calls to persuade customers to pay the debt according to the allocated amount.
- Notify customers of the fee/amount to be paid.
- Guide and support customers on payment methods.
- Update call history, customer information on the system.
- Plan to monitor the customer list in order of priority.
- Monitor customers' daily payment schedule.
- Save and manage customer contact information and evaluate customer status.
- Participate in other tasks assigned by the Team Leader, Head.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with no experience will be trained in professional skills and techniques.
- Candidates with experience with high debt groups, or handling debt over the phone is an advantage.
- Information searching skills, flexibility in handling situations and good communication.
- Having negotiation skills is an advantage.
- Honest personality, pleasant voice, good-looking appearance, office attire.
- Priority is given to candidates who have graduated from high school or higher.
BENEFITS
- Basic salary from 6 to 8 million depending on ability, probationary period of 1 or 2 months, parking fee 165,000/month.
- Bonuses according to bonus policy.
- Total: 6 days. 4 Sundays off, 1 Saturday and 1 first day of the month.
